At Maverick Race we take our visitor privacy very seriously indeed. We see the effects of spam email every day in our inboxes and certainly don’t wish any of our visitors more junk mail than they already receive. This is why any information we may collect from you, either in the form of emails sent to us, or any event entry will only be shared with our race partners. Participants will be sent email information regarding their entry regardless of their marketing preferences. Those completing the order will also be asked to opt-in to our marketing channels should they wish to receive news, offers or information about our products and services. We will use this information to send you the relevant communications depending on those opt-ins. Anyone can unsubscribe from our marketing options at any time.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Maverick Race follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. 


COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

Like any other website, Maverick Race uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

We use Google Analytics which is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how users engage with our sites. EASOL

This site is hosted by Easol Experience Commerce. We also use Easol to conduct the sale of some of our products and services, such as event entries. The data we collect during the sale will be stored and kept securely by Easol. We use that data in order to fulfil our obligation to you whether that is providing you with a product or service such as an event entry. Event entries made via Easol will be transferred to Results Base in order to publish your event time. This will include your name, date of birth, gender and the distance you have chosen to run. Your data will also be transferred to MailerLite, which we use to communicate event information to you via email and to use for marketing purposes if you have given us consent to do so. LET'S DO THIS

We use Let's Do This to conduct the sale of some of our products and services, such as event entries. The data we collect during the sale will be stored and kept securely by Let's Do This. We use that data in order to fulfil our obligation to you whether that is providing you with a product or service such as an event entry. Event entries made via Let's Do This will be transferred to Results Base in order to publish your event results. This will include your name, date of birth, gender and the distance you have chosen to run. RESULTS BASE

We use Results Base to conduct the sale of some of our products and services, such as event entries. The data we collect during the sale will be stored and kept securely by Results Base. We use that data in order to fulfill our obligation to you whether that is providing you with a product or service such as an event entry. MAILERLITE

We use MailerLite to conduct all of our marketing email communications. If you have opted into the Maverick Race Newsletter during checkout, your data will be transferred securely to our database in their platform. Likewise, If you sign up for our Newsletter directly from our website, your data will automatically be stored in the same MailerLite database. HEYLO

We use the Heylo app to manage our Maverick Run Project (MRP) social run calendar. MRP Members are asked to sign up to the app in order to view and enter a social run in their area. Information will be asked of you when signing up to the app, including your name, email, phone number and emergency contact information. Our Run Leaders, the people organizing and hosting a social run, use this information to see how many people are attending their run and to make sure we have the participant's correct contact information. By signing up to the Heylo app, Members of the Maverick Run Project agree to the Maverick Race Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and the Maverick Run Project Terms and Conditions.


ENGLAND ATHLETICS

An optional add-on to our Maverick Run Project membership is to join England Athletics. If you opt to join this service customers are registered as an athlete on England Athletics. In order for this to happen, members agree for us to use the information they give to us during MemberSpace signup in order to complete their England Athletic registration on their behalf. SHOPIFY

We use Shopify to conduct the sale of some of our products and services such as Maverick Apparel. The data we collect during the sale will be stored and kept securely by Shopify. We use that data in order to fulfil our obligation to you whether that is providing you with a product or service such as buying one of our garments.
