As part of the MRP you have free access to the Monday and Thursday Strength and Conditioning Zoom Sessions with Maverick Team Physio Lucy.
The sessions are both at 07:15 and last approximately 30 minutes.
The sessions will focus on strength and mobility of the key areas that us as runners use.
