As part of the MRP you have free access to the Strength and Conditioning Zoom session with Maverick Team Physio, Lucy or Maverick Run Project Strength and Conditioning coach, Lee.
The session is at 07:15am on Tuesdays and lasts approximately 40 minutes.
The session will focus on strength and mobility of the key areas that us as runners use.
