MAVERICK RUN PROJECT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS

As part of the MRP you have free access to the Strength and Conditioning Zoom session with Maverick Team Physio, Lucy or Maverick Run Project Strength and Conditioning coach, Lee.


Lucy's Sessions

The session is at 07:15am on Tuesdays and lasts approximately 40 minutes.

The session will focus on strength and mobility of the key areas that us as runners use.

Lee's Sessions

From the 18th August 2021, this session is held fornightly at 12:30pm on Wednesdays, lasting approximately 30 minutes.

The session will focus on improving your strength for the key muscles groups and movements to make running the trails easier.
