MAVERICK RUN PROJECT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS

As part of the MRP you have free access to the Monday Strength and Conditioning Zoom session with Maverick Team Physio, Lucy.

The session is at 07:15am and lasts approximately 30 minutes.

The session will focus on strength and mobility of the key areas that us as runners use.
