Run Leaders for the Maverick Run Project are the people who make our social runs possible. They know their local area better than we do so they go out and find routes that they think you'll enjoy. Below is the information about the Run Leader for this particular social run.
My name is Humza and I'm based in Winchester. I'm happiest on my feet and covered in mud!
I've worked with the Maverick guys for a few years now at their events and competed in a few. The Maverick team are a joy to be around, both on and off the trails! The community they have built so far is amazing and it can only get better!
I'm super excited to be part of this new venture of becoming a Run Leader and I can't wait to meet you all! I will emphasise that it doesn't matter whether you're new to running or a regular runner, it'd be great to expand the running community and have you along!
Hopefully, see you all soon!
Humza organises a run session during each week and a longer run once a month on a weekend, in the Winchester area of Hampshire. Click on the "View & Enter Sessions" button to see times and dates.
