Lee Weston takes us through the Maverick Run Project's fourth Strength and Conditioning session

This video includes

  • Intro
  • Warm up 3-5mins  - Pulse raiser, dynamic stretch & activation. 
  • 4 mins of Conditioning via a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)- 20s work 10s rest x 8 of Inch worm press up & predator jacks.
  • 10 min strength Body weight circuit - 30s work 15s rest of Alternating forward lunge and rotation, V sits & alternating single leg squat with lateral reach. 
  • 10min focused prehab/rehab strength exercises - 2 sets of Copenhagen Side plank 20s each side & Hip hike x 15 each side. 
  • Cool down (static stretch) and round up.
