- Warm up - dynamic stretch & activation.
- Instructions and demonstration of a 15-20 min conditioning body weight circuit - 30s work 15s rest of air squats, mountain climbers, alternating reverse lunges & front planks.
- Cooldown (static stretch) and round up.
