Lee Weston takes our members through the ninth Maverick Run Project Strength and Conditioning session.

This video includes: 

  • Intro 
  • Warm up - dynamic stretch & activation.
  • Instructions and demonstration of a 15-20 min conditioning body weight circuit - 30s work 15s rest of air squats, mountain climbers, alternating reverse lunges & front planks. 
  • Cooldown (static stretch) and round up.
