Lee Weston takes our members through the eighth Maverick Run Project Strength and Conditioning session.

This video includes:

  • Intro 
  • Warm-up 3-5mins  - Pulse raiser, dynamic stretch & activation. 
  • 4 mins of Conditioning via a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - 20s work 10s rest x 8  & Mountain climbers & lateral skaters with diagonal bound. 
  • 12 min strength Bodyweight circuit - 30s work 15s rest of reverse lunge into a single leg deadlift, ski sit & Adductor side planks. 
  • 8 min focused torso strength exercises - 2 sets of Reverse leg raises x10 & dorsal raise x 10. 
  • Cooldown (static stretch) and round up.
