Session 11

Lee Weston takes our members through the eleventh Maverick Run Project Strength and Conditioning session. This session includes: 

  • Intro
  • Example warm up - dynamic stretch & activation. 
  • Instructions and demonstration of a 4 min High intensity interval training (HIIT) Tabata and a trio of strength exercises.
    1. Tabata 20 s work 10 s rest of a skater and burpee with a press up x 4 times 
    2. Body weight and resistance strength triset - Bent over row, adductor side plank lift and abdominal walk out.
