Culden Faw Estate

Maverick and Jimmy's are proud to present to you the Summit Series opener at Culden faw estate, if you want the most epic festival atmosphere coupled with great running then this surely is an event you cannot miss out on.

Our festival series is designed to bring our runners together to celebrate, eat, drink and, of course, race! You'll need to bring a tent and camping gear and tickets are available for 1 or 2 nights. You'll get a free beer on entry as well as having the opportunity to buy food and drink from our amazing vendors.

There will be 2 race routes to choose from, each at around 8km and you will be aiming to run as many loops as you can in 6 hours. Run as a team, run as pair or take on the challenge alone! What ever you choose the atmosphere will inspire you, the music will drive you and the total euphoria you will feel on completing the challenge.

But its a Maverick Event we dont do things by half measures and we have teamed up with Jimmy's Iced coffee to bring you the Jimmy's Hill challenge, what could be more entertaining than a hill sprint with a huge slip n Slide back down!.

And when you have had your fill of running the evening entertainment will have you dancing the night away with friends your have made on route or family that have come with you to support. We have some incredible artists on the line up! We kick off the Evening with an amazing act called Famous First Words, if you have not seen it then check the video links below it will get you in the mood for the next act Norman Jay MBE... he needs no introduction and with his smooth grooves you will be in the Party mood. Our incredible headline act need no introduction, we're proud to welcome the Cuban Brothers to our stage! They've played some pretty large festivals in their time, and we know you will just be in awe. We really look forward to seeing you at the Maverick & Jimmy's Summit Festival.

Race Format

There will be 2 race routes to choose from, each at around 8km and you will be aiming to run as many loops as you can in 6 hours. You'll be able to enter our race as one of three categories; Solo (just you and your running shoes), Pairs (hand over to a mate when you need a break!), or Team Entry (4 runners to spread the load). Under 12s go for free.

How ever you decide to tackle the Summit Festival 6 Hour Endurance race is up to you! Its as simple as this:

1: Choose your ticket – single, double, or team 4 (we suggest teams of 4 – this works for serious races or fun runner)

2: Sign up

3: Study the Loops

4: Run the Loops – but you must run them in Equal amounts. For each loop you will run a corresponding blue or red wrist brand will be issued by a Marshall at the exit point of each loop.

7: The team or individual who has collected the most bands eg: most miles will be the winner and receive the coveted Maverick & Jimmy's Trophy.
